The Cloister series of beers are our nod to the Trappist monks of Europe who have been brewing beer for centuries and their beautiful cloisters, the enclosed living quarters of the monastery, which often includes a garden.Weighing in a 10% ABV, this beast of a beer has layers of dark fruit characteristics with a balanced sweetness in the finish. A classic Abbey Quadrupel!
Ma's Pumpkin Pie

We finally did it! After a large number of requests every year, we brewed a pumpkin ale! Brewed with a blend of pumpkin puree, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon and ginger and loads of biscuit-y and caramel malts for slight crust characteristics, this pumpkin ale is the perfect beer to tap leading into the fall weather. This malty, 7.0% ABV strong ale pours and deep amber red, big body, lots of caramel flavour, finishing smooth with low bitterness. A nice and smooth fall seasonal!Vanilla Cream

Pink Guava Sour Ale

Guavs ... a delicious, lightly tart sour ale, made with a copious amount of Pink Guava. The guava is the star here; it dominates the flavour and aroma, leading to a lightly sweet finish with a smooth, creamy body to back it up. Super fruit forward and very refreshing!Orion
Amber Ale

This amber ale is very vibrant for the style! Pouring a beautiful, clear amber with a fluffy white head, a yeast-driven citrus aroma is present, with slight flavours of caramel, finishing light and smooth.Oath
Stout
5.2% ABV
Pouring pitch black with off tan head, this stout is very smooth with beautiful lacing that remains the entire way down the glass. Chocolate and roasted coffee notes prevail with a body to back it up!Usually available in standard CO2 and Nitro pour, although currently only CO2.
Lagerbier
Unfiltered Franconian Style Lager
5.4% ABV
Pouring a hazy golden yellow, this unfiltered, Franconian-style lager is very expressive while maintaining a very smooth, easy drinking finish. Plenty of fruity yeast esters present from a warmer-than-usual lager fermentation, finishing very crisp.Taproom Nibbles

Comedy Night : Saturday Nov 30
We are super excited for @back_ally_comedy's first show at the brewery on Saturday Nov 30!
Our opener, Saied-Bari Mohammed has been a comedian in the KW region for more than 10 years. Danz Altvater has performed in venues across North America. Amy Neufeld is a writer, improviser and stand up comedian who has also written for CBC. Our headliner, Heather Fudge is well known on the Hamilton circuit, performances spanning eastwards through Canada.
It's going to be a great show! It all starts at 7 but come early to get settled in!
