This New Age IPA is a hybrid of east coast and west cost IPA's. It has the dry, clear neutral ale yeast from west coast and the low bitterness and juicy-ness of an east coast IPA. The flavours of lemon and orange come through in this easy drinking IPA.Cloister Quadrupel
Belgian Style Abbey
10% ABV
The Cloister series of beers are our nod to the Trappist monks of Europe who have been brewing beer for centuries and their beautiful cloisters, the enclosed living quarters of the monastery, which often includes a garden.Weighing in a 10% ABV, this beast of a beer has layers of dark fruit characteristics with a balanced sweetness in the finish. A classic Abbey Quadrupel!
Vanilla Cream
Vanilla Cream Stout
5.5% ABV
Our celebration of all things vanilla! A velvety-smooth stout with notes of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, vanilla cake and cookies with a hint of coffee cake. A fun delectable treat!Orion
Amber Ale
5.0% ABV
This amber ale is very vibrant for the style! Pouring a beautiful, clear amber with a fluffy white head, a yeast-driven citrus aroma is present, with slight flavours of caramel, finishing light and smooth.Oath
Stout
5.2% ABV
Pouring pitch black with off tan head, this stout is very smooth with beautiful lacing that remains the entire way down the glass. Chocolate and roasted coffee notes prevail with a body to back it up!Available in standard CO2 and Nitro pour.
Lagerbier
Unfiltered Franconian Style Lager
5.4% ABV
Pouring a hazy golden yellow, this unfiltered, Franconian-style lager is very expressive while maintaining a very smooth, easy drinking finish. Plenty of fruity yeast esters present from a warmer-than-usual lager fermentation, finishing very crisp.Taproom Nibbles

Music Bingo: Thursday, April 3
Music Bingo has grown to be one of our customers favourite recurring events, and for good reason. It's as simple as it sounds: each player gets a free bingo card with songs and artists on it and you just mark them off on your card. And don't worry if you don't know them all—you can ask your neighbour, ask the singing bartender, or use your device to get help.
Fun tunes playing while lots of laughs and pints are shared, and with a chance to win prizes while you're at it? Sign me up! So this Thursday get over to Wave Maker and join in the fun—and remember that reservations are strongly encouraged!
