Belgian Style Abbey Blonde

Introducing a new series of Abbey style beers from Wave Maker called Cloister! These beers are our nod to the Trappist monks of Europe who have been brewing beer for centuries and their beautiful cloisters, the enclosed living quarters of the monastery, which often includes a beautiful garden.

First up in the series is an abbey style blonde which displays all the traditional characteristics of the style featuring notes of clove, floral, light fruit, mild bitterness with a dry finish. A very easy drinking interpretation while showcasing complexity.
